2015-2016 Scholarship Recipient Form

Purpose of this Form

Scripps College receives donations every year to support our named scholarship program. These donations make up part of the funding that allows Scripps to provide Scripps grants for students who qualify for need-based financial aid. The information you provide us in this Scholarship Recipient Form will be used to match you to a particular scholarship which will replace all or some of your Scripps grant. We will also use this information to share with our donors so that they continue to support scholarships at Scripps.

If you are chosen for a named scholarship, you will receive an email informing you of the scholarship(s) you have received. In this email you will be asked to write a thank you note to the donor(s) of your particular scholarship.

Please note that students who have been awarded a Scripps grant, or are receiving a QuestBridge, New Generation, or the Margo Leonetti O'Connell '64 Scholarship, MUST complete this form.

Instructions

Please fill out this form in its entirety.

An automatic email will be sent to the Office of Donor Relations and Stewardship when your application is received, but upon submitting your form please allow two weeks for the student portal to be updated to reflect the receipt of your submission.

Thank you!

Kelly Barrett-Gutierrez

Associate Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship
