Scripps College COVID-19 Screening for Invited Guests

Invited guests and vendors to the Scripps campus for academic activities or College events must show documentation of having received a COVID-19 vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization and attest below that they have not experienced any COVID-19 symptoms before arriving on campus. This form must be completed in the morning each day you plan to visit the College.

When you complete the COVID-19 Screening Form, you and your designated contact at the College will receive an email determination about whether or not you are permitted to come on-site. If it is determined that you may visit the campus, please be prepared to present confirmation from the College when you arrive on campus.
